Using this site

Estimates are not offers
The calculator and the estimate questions on this site produce a rough figure based on what you tell us. They are educational tools. They are not a loan offer, a commitment to lend, an approval, or a guarantee of any amount or rate. Your real numbers depend on your age, your home's appraised value, current interest rates, and the balance of any mortgage you still owe, which must be paid off first. Only a lender can approve a loan.
Text messaging terms
SoCal Reverse Mortgage operates two kinds of text messaging:
- Internal lead alerts. When someone submits the form on this site or completes a call with our phone line, our own broker and staff receive a text containing that person's answers so they can follow up promptly. These messages go only to our own team, who provided their mobile numbers directly to the business for this purpose.
- Replies to you. If you give us your phone number through the form or on a call, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or text message about your inquiry.
Details that apply to all of our messaging:
- Message frequency varies and depends on your activity, such as submitting the form or calling us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation, and then no further texts.
- To resume, reply START.
- For help, reply HELP or call (818) 857-5673.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, application, or service.
- We do not share mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Phone calls and our automated phone line
Our phone line may be answered by an automated assistant that asks a few questions and then connects you to Yair or takes a message. Calls may be recorded or summarized so we know what you asked about. If you would rather not go through the assistant, say so and it will take a message, or write to us at the address above.
Licensing and fair housing
Yair Harpaz is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, license #01156491. We do business in accordance with the Equal Housing Opportunity and Fair Housing laws. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of HUD, the FHA, or any government agency. Borrowers remain responsible for property taxes, homeowners insurance, and home upkeep.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information here correct and current, but rules, rates, and lending limits change. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Talk to us, and to your own advisers, before making a decision.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it says or does.
Limits
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
