Privacy Policy
We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile phone number with anyone for marketing. We use what you give us to answer your question about a reverse mortgage, and nothing else.
Who we are
This website is operated by Yair Harpaz, a licensed California mortgage broker (CA DRE #01156491), doing business as SoCal Reverse Mortgage. Our office is at 23679 Calabasas Road, Calabasas, California. You can reach us at (818) 857-5673.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Your name, phone number, and, if you provide it, your address or city.
- Your answers to the estimate questions on this site, such as your age range, your home's approximate value, and whether you still owe on a mortgage.
- If you call our phone line, a recording or written summary of the call, so we know what you asked about before we call you back.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as the pages you visited on this site.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your bank account numbers, or your account passwords. Never send those to us through this website.
What we do with it
We use your information to contact you about the reverse mortgage question you asked, to prepare an estimate for you, and to keep a record of our conversation. That is the whole list.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or by calling (818) 857-5673. Our full messaging terms are on our Terms and Conditions page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:
- With the lender who would actually fund your loan, and only after you have spoken with us and want to move forward.
- With the service providers who run this website, our phone line, and our messaging, strictly so those tools work. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
- When the law requires it.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing, including with the affiliates and lenders described above, for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as we are working with you, and afterward for as long as lending and licensing rules require us to. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask us to stop contacting you, and we will stop.
- Reply STOP to any text to end text messages.
- Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor the same requests from everyone.

Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to count visits so we know which pages are useful. We do not use them to build an advertising profile of you.
